The Yanzi Table by Artemide is a table lamp that does not rely on size to draw attention. Its strength is in the detail: a small glass sphere that lights softly, a brushed brass body and a composition that recalls a bird balanced on a branch.
Designed by Neri&Hu, Yanzi Table brings a calmer and more personal feeling to the interior. It is not a lamp chosen only to provide practical light on a table. It works more as a small luminous point that can give character to a bedside table, entrance console, shelf, side table or quiet living room corner.
Its light is diffused, so it does not work like a task lamp or a reading lamp with a directional beam. It is better suited to an atmosphere, low evening light and areas where the space should feel warmer and more carefully finished. The 3000K colour temperature gives a clear but pleasant light, without making the result feel cold.
Its dimensions, 280 mm long, 152 mm wide and 163 mm high, make it easy to place on smaller surfaces. It does not need a large table to work well. It can be used beside a bed, on a bookcase, on a reception desk, in a hotel room or in a small area that needs light without the presence of a large lamp.
The combination of brushed brass and blown glass gives it a more refined material quality. The brass adds a warm metallic note, while the white glass softens the light and keeps the visual result clean. The microswitch dimmer helps adjust the intensity according to the moment, whether you need a lower evening light or slightly more brightness in one part of the room.
